    I have been working with wellness coach Kevin for a few months now.  I’m awaiting back surgery and Kevin has been helping me get through the interim.  Want to share how incredible he has been.  He has helped me mentally and physically by given me options, ways to cope with pain and keep good mental health along with modified nutrition and exercise.  Honestly, I don’t know how I would have managed so far without him.
